Guidelines for Submitting an Electronic Poster (E-Poster)

To prepare and submit your electronic poster, please follow the instructions below:

1- Download the poster template and insert your content into it. The dimensions have been pre-set.( Medical Congress Poster Template , Nursing Congress Poster Template )

2- After inserting your content, save the file as a JPEG image.
To do this, go to:
File > Export > Change File Type > JPEG File Interchange Format (.jpg) > Save As*
(See the image below for reference.) If prompted with a question, choose "Just This One."

3- In your user dashboard, click on Submit New Abstract.

4- Fill out the submission form and attach the JPEG image you created in the previous steps, then submit the form.

5- All posters will be displayed electronically on digital poster monitors during the congress.
